 We will meet @ the Camp Helen front gate at 7:00 am sharp.

Bay County Audubon Nature Connection guest speaker, Scott Rashid will be joining the group. Scott is an accomplished ornithologist specializing in owls and other raptors.  With over 30 years of experience, he is a researcher, state and federally licensed bird bander, licensed bird rehabilitator, and author of seven books. He is also a talented artist and will be exhibiting his watercolor nature art at the Gallery of Art 850. Check out BCAS website to learn more…

Although we typically finish birding before 10:00am, you can spend as much or as little time as you like. We sometimes divide our group to cover the north side of the park as well as the coastal areas. We appreciate any amount of time given to help document our avian friends! 

Please RSVP [only necessary if you plan to come] to this email so we have an idea of how many participants to expect.  Bring binoculars, scope [if you have one], water and snacks, hat, bug spray, and sunscreen.
